Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy

If you need to return goods for any reason you will be liable for all postage costs including insurance. Goods can returned unused within 7 days of receipt. Armour thus returned/cancelled may attract re-stocking/admin fee of up to 15%.

Liability

By buying body armor you assume all risks of use or misuse, and agree not to hold us liable in any way.

In addition, you are responsible to ensure that your ballistic panels are positioned inner side in, and outer side out if applicable (check the inside vest panel label).

We neither assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale or use of the goods sold, and there are no oral agreements or warranties collateral to or affecting this agreement. We hereby give notice that any statement made by us in the sale of the goods, shall not create any warranty that the goods shall be fit for any particular purpose. Statements, images or descriptions are informational only, and not made or given as a warranty of the goods in any way. We specifically disavow any other representation, warranty, or liability related to the condition or use of the goods.

We do not cover any consequential damages, and our liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective goods. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer. We are not an insurer, and bear no liability for any use, misuse, or failure to perform.

Purchaser covenants and agrees that the purchaser or his heirs, agents, assigns shall never bring any action in any court of law. Any dispute arising from the purchase and sale of product(s) sold by Knife and Bullet Proof, shall be resolved by arbitration under the rules of arbitration. The laws of the United Kingdom shall apply to all transactions.

Warranty

All goods sold have the benefit of a 12 month warranty, unless otherwise stipulated on this website.

The company shall not be responsible for:

  1. Any defects resulting from wear and tear, accident or improper use by the purchaser or user.
  2. Unless confirmed by the company in writing, the company does not warrant that the product/s purchased are suitable for the particular use as required by the purchaser.
  3. Any defects on a product supplied where, for whatever reason, the original manufacturer refuses to accept that the particular item is eligible for repair under warranty.
  4. The company may, at its discretion, accept goods for refund, always subject to the goods being returned in perfect condition, complete with all accessories.
    5. and full packaging also to be in perfect condition.In all cases returns and 'refused' deliveries will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
  5. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods for repair and for the return carriage costs of goods being sent back after repair.
  6. No refund can be given for the original shipping/postage cost of any items which are returned for credit. The refund given will be for the cost of the item only.

Legal Status of Products

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to enquire as to whether any products being purchased require an Import License for the country to which they are to be sent. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the legal situation regarding the use of any products that they are purchasing from knife and bullet proof Ltd. It is not the responsibility of the vendor should any products purchased contravene any local laws. Knife and bullet proof Ltd can accept no responsibility for goods held at customs, or confiscated, because an Import License is required at the country of destination.

Consequential Loss

The company shall not be liable for any loss sustained or for any personal damage to any property whatsoever, or howsoever arising directly out of, or in consequence of the use of equipment supplied by the company, including, but not limited to loss of profits and liability to third parties.

If any part of these terms are held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such shall not affect the validity of any other part of these terms. Headings are for convenience only, and do not limit or affect these terms.
